Why dont you look into an aftermarket? Ive seen some that would help airflow, have you considered that?

Understandable. In your situation, you could either cut the holes in the front bumper, or do what fred did (what ep3 guys do) and cut the bumper to have a larger opening. Up to you. In the mean time, you could cut the underpart of the bumper to allow more airflow towards the top of the IC. That would help without changing the look of the bumper, just be careful when taking it off/putting it on because of the rigidity loss. Know what I mean?
