Here is a short summary of our return process, our full returns policy is explained below:
Returns are an important factor to consider when purchasing from any company. We’ve carefully detailed our returns process to make it as simple and seamless as possible – because we stand by our products and customers. As such, we accept returns for unused or defective items in original packaging within 14 days of your receipt. Simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for return inquiries and authorization. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be issued before any returns can be made. We cannot accept returns without this number. Once issued, we require authorized returns to be sent out within 5 days of issued RMA number. Once your returned item has been received, we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim. If all is well, your refund will be issued within 2-3 business days after we receive it.
Unless otherwise noted, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Returned items must be insured to value purchased (better safe than sorry). As for a ‘restocking fee,’ we will not charge you a restocking fee (we hate them too) unless we are charged a restocking fee ourselves. In this case, you are charged what we are charged. Simple as that.
Please note that it is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify the accuracy of size and application of parts ordered before installation. Understandably, we cannot accept a return on items that exhibit signs of having been installed, mounted, scratched, defaced, or damaged in any way. We cannot be held responsible for parts ordered for the wrong application. In the event that a correct part is ordered, but there is some sort of in-correction of shipment, we will make all efforts to correct this at no additional charge to the customer. Approved refunds will be returned through the method of payment via Paypal.
Additionally, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on engine parts (pistons, connecting rods, valve train, bearings, gaskets, etc.) or electrical products, including gauges and other electronic devices. These are sold as is, and only carry the manufacturer’s warranty. We also cannot accept returns on pre-release items. Lastly, although we will gladly cater to special orders, we cannot accept returns on items that we’ve special ordered for you which we do not typically carry in our store.
We strive to keep fast turn around time. We aim to process all orders the same day they are placed, even if you order late in the day or at night. Most orders placed are shipped within 24 hours. By default, we try to send orders with two-day shipping – when permissible. Apparel orders may take take 3-7+ days for delivery, depending on shipping locations.
Tracking numbers will be provided as an update to your order number. We will contact you at the email address you signed up with.
All shipping errors must be reported within 7 days of your delivery date. Please check all items upon receiving your package!
Free shipping is to the continental United States. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or any other country, please contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order. To be fair, we reserve the right to refund orders from outside of the continental US without approval for free shipping if the cost is adverse to us.

We accept credit card payments at checkout through Paypal. Conveniently, you do not need a Paypal account to complete your purchase. We simply accept your payment through Paypal as a trusted, safe method of payment. Please note that it can take up to three business days for your payment to process before we are able to ship your order. However, PayPal commonly utilizes an instant transfer of funds.
